Let's start with the reflexive verbs. Reflexive verbs are recognizable in their infinitive form because the infinitive always starts with ce. Ce la vez, to wash oneself. If you remove the ce, then it becomes the verb la vez, to wash. What is a reflexive verb? Well, I wash myself as a perfect example. The subject, I, performs the action of washing on itself.
